Contact enquiries

The form uses your name, email, optional organization and message to prepare a response to your enquiry. It does not subscribe you to a mailing list.

In the current configuration, the form prepares an email in your email application: you must still send it. Any future delivery service must be identified here before activation.

Booking

The booking button opens Cal.com. Your domain, topic and expected outcome are passed in the URL to prepare the conversation. They may appear in browser history and service logs. Do not include sensitive or confidential information in these fields. Cal.com’s privacy policy also applies to booking processing.

Recipients and legal basis

Enquiries are intended for Inknowframe. Confirm authorized recipients, service providers, the appropriate legal basis and any transfers outside the European Economic Area.

Retention

Define retention periods for enquiries, appointments and technical logs before enabling server delivery.

Local storage

The form stores attempt timestamps locally to limit repeated submissions, without storing message content there. Hosting and Cal.com cookies and processing still need to be observed.
